Web Site

Question:	I am having trouble logging into the IMS system. What is the problem?
Answer:	Our login system and IMS use session variables to track users throughout the system so you must allow these temporary session cookies to be placed in your browsers cache. Simply click your tools menu and select options and find the checkbox to allow session cookies. This is usually set by default adn should be an issue if you have not modified your browser settings.

Question:	Why are you tracking my IP when I complete a support form?
Answer:	We record your IP address to help us protect our system against malicious attacks against our database. Although your IP address will not prevent such an attack we can at minimum give the information to the authorities for the purpose of apprehending the attacking party. We will not use your IP for any other reason.

Question:	Why do your pages load slowly sometimes?
Answer:	Although our site is optimised for fast loading the internet is not always as fast. Our pages will load at various speeds depending on your connection speed, connection type, time of day and network traffic. This site is fairly rich in content and is designed with the modern broadband user in mind.
