FTP Support and Tips

If you are having trouble our FTP Server then please contact Mike Orviss at (416)412-0305. If you are using your browser to facilitate your transfer may we suggest you download and install a FTP Client program. There are many available and some are free such as FileZilla. To download FileZilla click the link that suits your system below (files are zipped so you will need to unzip them) or download them directly from filezilla.org. Once downloaded and installed
come back to this page and follow the instructions in our FTP Tutorial to connect to our FTP Server. Many issues
will be solved by using a FTP Client instead of your browser.

How to Connect and Transfer Files Using FileZilla
Please watch the tutorial on how to use FileZilla below. If you are using a firewall then please make sure you have allowed port 21 to pass through and have given access to FileZilla. If your computer is on a network then you may have to ask your network administrator for assistence in allowing a FTP transfer to take place.
